Phase 1

Complimentary Consultation

This is your chance to meet us and learn about our approach,

and for us to learn about your design needs and aspirations.

Proposal

After establishing the design framework, we send you

a proposal outlining the project scope, budget, and timeline

for your review.

Phase 2

Curating the Design

We present preliminary conceptual plans and ideas

tailored to your design goals and budget. We refine the design

together with 3D renderings, drawings, and material options.

Material Sourcing & Ordering

We provide quotes from vendors, place orders, and coordinate

timelines for installation, allowing the design implementation to unfold!

Phase 3

Installation & Ongoing Communication

Regular updates throughout the project ensure you stay

informed as your new interior takes shape!

Completion

Final details are attended to so that you may enjoy

your newly refreshed space!

Meet Helly & Jessie

Helly Duncan
Principal Designer

Helly, a native of Colorado, loves living on the Front Range close to her roots. With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial design, Helly is an award winning professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and she is highly attuned to the ever-changing field of interior design. She adores getting to know her clients and relishes the sense of fulfillment when clients see their projects come to life! Connected to her community, she has held various roles including Director of the Denver City Center, Vice President of Membership for the International Interior Design Association/Rocky Mountain Chapter, instructor at Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design, and past Louisville Chamber Board member. In her free time, she enjoys running, cooking, traveling, volunteering, and walking her dog.

Jessie Kowalski
Project Coordinator

Jessie plays a vital role in both the administrative and creative aspects of the firm. With a background in education and design, she assists with plan development, communication, and logistics. She works directly with clients to assist in the design process and behind the scenes to create drawings, source materials, and collaborate with contractors so that projects progress as efficiently as possible. In her spare time, she enjoys hot yoga, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
